Bohemian Rhapsody En İyi Film seçilirken, başrol oyuncusu Rami Malek En İyi Erkek Oyuncu ödülünü aldı. Lady Gaga, başrolünde yer aldığı A Star Is Born filmi için bestelediği Shallow şarkısıyla En İyi Film Şarkısı ödülünü kazandı. Gecenin sunucularından Sandra Oh, Killing Eve dizisindeki performansıyla drama dalında En İyi Kadın Dizi Oyuncusu seçildi.
Drama dalında En İyi Dizi The Americans olurken, En İyi Erkek Oyuncu ödülü Bodyguard dizisinden Richard Madden aldı. Drama dalında en iyi kadın oyuncu ödülünü ise The Wife’daki rolü ile Glenn Close kazandı. Roma filmi, hem Yabancı Dilde En İyi Film hem de En İyi Yönetmen olmak üzere iki ödül aldı. Green Book filmi de müzikal ya da komedi dalında En İyi Film, En İyi Senaryo ödülünü alırken, En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu ödülünü Mahershala Ali alırken En İyi Kadın Oyuncu ödülünü de Olivia Colman aldı.

The 76th Golden Globe Awards honored the best in film and American television of 2018, as chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Nominations for the 76th annual Golden Globe Awards were announced on Thursday morning show live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Green Book won the most awards for the ceremony with three, including Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. Bohemian Rhapsody and Roma won two awards each. In television, The Kominsky Method and The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story were the most awarded, with two awards each. Jeff Bridges was honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award for career achievement.
